'Wreath/Garland Workshop & Wine Tasting'

Please join us for an afternoon of wreath making alongside a directed wine tasting by Fleur Fields Vineyard. 

What To Expect

In this first-of-its-kind workshop by The Far Barn Florist, you can expect a relaxed evening of festive creativity, sparkling wine, mince pies and Christmas music, within a beautiful rural Vineyard in Northamptonshire.

This class is perfect for couples, groups or individuals looking for something different to do this Christmas.

Don't fancy making a wreath? You can make whatever you want - garlands - for your stairwell or mantel piece, swags and more!

Everything you need will be provided. The class is not set to follow a pre-determined design, due to the small class size you really can make it as unique, wild or traditional as you’d like - one-on-one guidance will be available for anything you'd like to make.

Additionally, there will be a range of wreath sizes available, and you are not restricted to only one wreath.

Tea, coffee, biscuits, mince-pies provided, alongside a guided wine-tasting by Fleur Fields Vineyard (normally £30 alone), and a glass of bubbly to sip as you create.

The Far Barn Florist is the newest luxury florist on the scene in Northamptonshire. Founded by Libiana, to provide consumers with freedom of choice when it comes to helping the environment.

‘Far Barn Floristry’ is unique in its dedication to sustainable, eco-friendly floristry – designed to provide you with peace of mind - as you can be guaranteed that your wreath will not be contributing to environmental damage, are rare premise in this day and age.

Fleur Fields Vineyard is an award winning, family owned and run British vineyard with a purpose built, fully accessible ‘tasting lodge’ where this class will be hosted. During this class you will not only be able to learn about everything from sustainable floristry practises, to tying the perfect bow - as well as the winemaking process at the vineyard.

Libiana will take you through every step of designing and creating a wreath – from the very beginning, using traditional methods used by professional florists, and a mixture of florals, foliage and decorations.

Additional Information

One glass of bubbly is included as well as the tasting - however bottles are available to buy and may be enjoyed throughout the class.

The class is set to run for 3 hours total, 2 hours wreath making, 1 hour of wine tasting. Extra time has been allocated in case of late arrivals!

A small surcharge may apply for larger or multiple wreaths.

If booking a class for a group, please buy tickets at the same time to guarantee spaces. The class sizes are however flexible, and extras may be accommodated if you contact us in advance.
